STEP 1 — Soak

Soak 50g of Sthira powder in water overnight. This activates the Rosemary and Flax Seeds and softens the herbs into a smooth, spreadable paste.

STEP 2 — Apply

Section clean, dry hair. Apply the soaked paste evenly from root to tip using gloved hands or a tint brush. Cover thoroughly for even colour.

STEP 3 — Let It Dry

Leave the pack on until it dries completely (usually 60–90 minutes). The longer it sits, the deeper the conditioning benefits develop.

STEP 4 — Rinse

Rinse thoroughly with plain water, then shampoo as usual. Hair feels noticeably softer, glossier, and stronger from this very first wash.

💡 Pouch Care Tip

Keep the pouch tightly resealed after use and store in a cool, dry place. Moisture will cause the powder to clump.

Use once a week for the first month, then every 10–15 days to maintain results. Hair fall reduction and shine build and deepen with each use.
