4. SERVICES & ORDERS
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at any time without liability.
- Orders once placed may not be modified or cancelled unless expressly permitted by us.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT/REFUNDS
- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
- Payment must be completed before order processing unless stated otherwise.
- Online Payment terms will apply once payment functionality is enabled.
- Refunds, returns, and exchanges shall be governed by our separate Refund Policy.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss and ownership transfers upon dispatch to the carrier. Once handed over to courier, delays/damage are subject to courier policies.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. NO WARRANTIES (STRICT DISCLAIMER)
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness
We do not guarantee:
- Product appearance matching images exactly
- Continuous, error-free website operation
- Availability of any product
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (HIGHLY RESTRICTIVE)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or INR 1,000 (whichever is lower).
We shall not be liable for:

- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical failures
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content
- Interfere with platform security
- Misuse promotions, offers, or payment systems
We reserve the right to terminate access and take legal action for violations.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, designs, and materials are exclusively owned by Parijat Blooms.
You may not:

13. CANCELLATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

Refunds (if any) will be processed solely at our discretion.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
