SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, and handling of all orders placed with Parijat Blooms.
This Policy forms an integral part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
By accessing our services or placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy.
1. APPLICABILITY & ORDER ACCEPTANCE (READ WITH CLAUSE 4 – SERVICES & ORDERS)
All orders are subject to:
- Acceptance
- Availability
- Serviceability
Parijat Blooms reserves the absolute right to:
- Refuse, cancel, or limit any order
- Delay processing or shipment
- Request additional verification
Without assigning any reason and without liability, in accordance with Clause 4 and Clause 13 (Fraud Prevention) of the Terms.
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE & SERVICEABILITY
We ship across India, subject to logistics partner availability.
Delivery is dependent on:
- PIN code serviceability
- Courier network limitations
- Operational feasibility
We reserve the right to decline service in non-serviceable areas without liability.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES (READ WITH CLAUSE 5 – PRICING)
- Shipping charges are applicable, variable, and non-refundable
- Charges are determined based on:
- Location
- Weight/volume
- Logistics costs
You agree that:
- Final shipping charges will be communicated prior to confirmation
- Charges may change without prior notice
All shipping-related costs are governed under Clause 5 (Pricing & Payments) of the Terms.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & VERIFICATION (READ WITH CLAUSE 13 – FRAUD PREVENTION)
Orders may be confirmed through:
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Phone / OTP verification
You agree that:
- We may require mandatory verification before processing
- Failure to verify may result in order cancellation
Parijat Blooms reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refuse any order suspected of:
- Fraud
- Misuse
- Unauthorized activity
Without liability, as per Clause 13 of the Terms.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
- Processing begins only after:
- Order confirmation
- Successful verification (if required)
Processing timelines may vary due to:
- Product availability
- Order volume
- Operational constraints
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders at our sole discretion, without liability.
6. DELIVERY TIMELINES (READ WITH CLAUSE 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY)
- Delivery timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed
- Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of confirmation
Delays may occur due to:
- Third-party courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Operational issues
Legal Position:
- In accordance with Clause 6 of the Terms: Delivery timelines are estimates only
- Parijat Blooms shall not be liable for delays after dispatch
7. SHIPPING, HANDOVER & RISK TRANSFER (STRICT – CLAUSE 6)
- Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners
- Upon dispatch: Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you
As per Clause 6 of the Terms:
- Once handed over to the courier:
- We have no control over transit handling
- Any delay or damage is subject to courier operations
We disclaim liability for:
- Transit damage
- Delivery delays
- Loss in transit
Subject only to remedies defined under the Refund Policy.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY & USER RESPONSIBILITY (READ WITH CLAUSE 2 & CLAUSE 3)
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details
- Correct PIN code
- Valid contact information
In accordance with:
- Clause 2 (Eligibility – accuracy of information)
- Clause 3 (Account responsibility)
We shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Delivery failures due to wrong information
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Any additional costs arising from such issues shall be borne by you.
9. FAILED DELIVERY, RETURNS & RE-SHIPMENT
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept
Then:
- The order may be returned to us
- Re-delivery will be subject to additional charges
- Or the order may be treated as cancelled without refund
Such cases shall be governed alongside the Refund Policy.
10. DAMAGED / TAMPERED DELIVERY (READ WITH REFUND POLICY)
If the order is received in a damaged or compromised condition:
You must:
- Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Supporting images
- Order details
Failure to comply will result in claim rejection.
All claims are subject to:
As per the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
11. FORCE MAJEURE (READ WITH CLAUSE 14 – FORCE MAJEURE)
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic events
- Government actions
- Strikes or disruptions
- Supply chain failures
- Technical/system failures
Such events are governed strictly under Clause 14 of the Terms.
12. NO GUARANTEE / NO WARRANTY (READ WITH CLAUSE 7)
All shipping and delivery services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Delivery timelines
- Continuous logistics availability
- Error-free delivery operations
In line with Clause 7 (No Warranties).
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (STRICT – CLAUSE 8)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Parijat Blooms shall not be liable for:
- Delivery delays
- Courier failures
- Loss or damage in transit
- Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability:
Shall not exceed:
- Product value OR
- INR 1,000 (whichever is lower)
As strictly enforced under Clause 8 of the Terms.
14. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER CONTROL (CLAUSE 13)
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Withhold shipment
- Request additional verification
- Block users engaging in abuse
All actions shall be at our sole discretion and final and binding as per Clause 13 of the Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION (CLAUSE 16)
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts, as per Clause 16 of the Terms.
16. POLICY UPDATES (CLAUSE 18 – AMENDMENTS)
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.
- Updates will be posted without prior notice
- Changes shall be immediately effective
Continued use constitutes acceptance, in accordance with Clause 18 of the Terms.
